New Officers Elected for Flat Rock Riders

During a meeting of Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association members, new officers were elected to the Flat Rock Riders chapter.  The meeting was held on Sunday January 9th, 2005 at the Holiday Inn Express located in North Platte.  About 33 people attended the meeting.

Elected to chapter offices are Andy McCleary of North Platte as President, Rex Woolley of North Platte as Vice President and Ted Blakeman of North Platte as Secretary.  The elected term is for one year.  The president and vice president of the chapter are automatically placed on the NOHVA Board of Directors. 

The new officers replace prior officers Staci Woolley as President and Colby Kostman as Vice President.   Staci and Colby organized the original organizers of the chapter. 

The new officers will oversee the operation of the Flat Rock OHV Park located near Sutherland Reservoir, located about four miles south of Sutherland on state highway 25. 

The Flat Rock OHV Park is a partnership project between the Flat Rock Riders chapter, Nebraska Public Power District and the Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association.
