As our jamborees become larger events, more volunteers are needed so that we can continue these events. The NOHVA 32nd Summer Jamboree will be held on June 21st and 22nd, 2008. Our last jamboree attracted about 1700 riders and we expect up to 2000 riders at this event. This makes our jamborees one of the largest off-road events in this part of the nation. With this in mind, IF we are going to hold any more events of this kind, we need people to step forward and volunteer to help.

We have had a lot of good help over the years. Below is a listing of jobs and hours. Please plan to volunteer a few hours at the jamboree. FREE 2008 MEMBERSHIP and NOHVA T-SHIRT FOR VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK AT LEAST ONE COMPLETE TIME SLOT SECURITY AND IN THE SIGN UP TENT! To qualify for the free membership, you need to schedule a time slot in advance of the event.

SORRY, NO FREE MEMBERSHIP OR T-SHIRT FOR HELPING WITH THE BARREL RACE, TREE RACE, ATV PULL, POKER RUN AND DRAG RACE EVENTS.

Sign-up tent
Sign in Tent Worker - Workers will be assigned duties as they arrive. These duties include: Membership checker. Supervise the completion of membership applications and completion of releases. Check applications for ledge able writing and proper completion. Send those with completed paperwork to cashier. Hand out raffle tickets and arm bands. WITHOUT SUPPORT FROM RIDERS WHO CHOOSE TO SUPPORT NOHVA, THE ABOVE AREAS WOULD NOT EXIST TODAY.
