	We can send you an application via the mail.  We will need your name and mailing address.  Contact us by email to request that a form be mailed to you.  Be sure to leave a message with your name and address.
	Visit your local Nebraska ATV and dirtbike dealer or retailer and ask for a NOHVA membership application.  Many NOHVA member dealers offer DISCOUNTS to NOHVA members.  Ask your local dealer for details and be sure to bring your NOHVA membership card to qualify for your NOHVA membership.

When you complete your NOHVA membership application:
 

	Use your MAILING address on the application.  Some towns do not have mail delivery to the street address and require a box number.  Be sure your mailing address is correct AND include your apartment number, lot number, box number, etc.
	Include a check or money order, please do not send cash.
	Send your completed application to the business address listed below.
	Allow about 3 to 6 weeks for your membership packet to be mailed to you.
	Sorry, due to the expense of processing, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
