We ask that you read the following hold-harmless release. 
It limits you & your families right to the recovery of damages in case of an accident.  
I / We understand that riding an ATV or dirtbike can be very dangerous resulting in serious injury and / or death and / or property damage. I acknowledge and assume all risk of injury or death to myself or a member of my family and the possibility of damage to our property at any time while on or near any land, place or area that is owned, leased, managed, patrolled or used by the Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Assn. (NOHVA), TBQ Sport Club, Inc.,  the USDA Forest Service Nebraska National Forest, Nebraska Public Power District, Loup Power District,  the Nance County Sheriff=s Department, the City of Alliance, City of Hebron and Deshler, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  I / We agree to thoroughly inspect any of  the lands managed, owned or otherwise by the Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Assn. (NOHVA), TBQ Sport Club, Inc.,  the USDA Forest Service Nebraska National Forest, Nebraska Public Power District, Loup Power District,  the Nance County Sheriff=s Department, the City of Alliance, City of Hebron and Deshler, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers  or places or areas that I / we enter to insure that they are safe and reasonably suited for my / our use. If, after a thorough inspection of places or areas where NOHVA and it=s chapters are involved with, and if any of the places or areas are found to be unsafe or not suited for my / our use, I / we will vacate the unsafe or unsuitable land, places or areas and immediately advise NOHVA and / or and the area land owners, managers or chapter officials of these un‑safe or unsuitable conditions. I / We hereby release and wave my right to sue or make any claim whatsoever against the Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Assn. (NOHVA), TBQ Sport Club, Inc.,  the USDA Forest Service Nebraska National Forest, Nebraska Public Power District, Loup Power District,  the Nance County Sheriff=s Department, the City of Alliance, City of Hebron and Deshler, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. , any of its officers or Directors, any related organizations, law enforcement agencies, any organizers of NOHVA events or activities, any landowners that allow NOHVA to lease, manage, patrol or use their land and their relatives while taking part in any NOHVA related activity.

All applications for membership are subject to approval.  Members are subject to provisions described in our by-laws.   Sorry, no refunds or transfer of membership to another party.  Reproduction or redistribution in any form of NOHVA publications or communications are prohibited without permission from the Business Manager or organization President.
